Workshops

The Office of Undergraduate Research hosts many workshops that can help you prepare for the Showcase of Undergraduate Research. These workshops cover topics including creating a successful proposal, preparing a research poster, and talking about your research. This Spring’s workshops include:

Showcase Abstract Acceptance Criteria

Applications will be judged for acceptance into the Showcase according to the following criteria:

  • Completed application form, including all co-presenter information (you will need all presenters’ NIDs).
  • Project title
  • A clear and straightforward research or creative focus
  • Well-constructed abstract, summary, or creative statement of no more than 1500 characters (with spaces)
